Billing Policy

Litholink bills, on the patient’s behalf, the patient’s insurance carrier for Litholink services.  Litholink also bills the patient for any coinsurance and deductibles for which the patient is responsible for in connection with the services.  Litholink is an in-network provider for most major health plans. 

Litholink offers programs to address those patients who have true financial needs, including:

  • Patient-specific payment plans.
  • Special payment plans for financial hardship.
  • Indigent request from physician/facility.
  • LabAccess Partnership (LAP) program.

Upon request Laboratory agreements are available for direct client bill.

Litholink Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (Labcorp), gives patients the option to quickly and securely make online bill payments. The payment website is managed by Labcorp for Litholink and other Labcorp subsidiaries and, as a result, the link below will redirect you to a portal outside of the Litholink homepage. To log into the secure payment system, please be prepared with your account number and zip code as they appear on your billing statement.
