Billing Policy

Litholink has publicly rebranded to Labcorp, therefore testing services completed prior to June 5, 2023 will be billed by Litholink. For testing services provided June 5, 2023 and beyond will be billed as Labcorp. 

Labcorp bills, on the patient’s behalf, the patient’s insurance carrier for services.  Labcorp also bills the patient for any coinsurance and deductibles for which the patient is responsible for in connection with the services. Labcorp is an in-network provider for most major health plans. 

Labcorp offers programs to address those patients who have true financial needs, including:

  • Patient-specific payment plans.
  • Special payment plans for financial hardship.
  • Indigent request from physician/facility.
  • LabAccess Partnership (LAP) program.

Upon request laboratory agreements are available for direct client bill.

Pay Your Bill

Litholink Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (Labcorp), is now Labcorp.

Labcorp gives patients the option to quickly and securely make online bill payments. There are two billing statement that will differ depending on your date of service. 

You can pay your bill online or update your insurance information by logging into the Patient Portal or using a guest checkout process.

To log into the secure payment system, please be prepared with your account number and zip code as they appear on your billing statement. If you do not have an invoice number, please call billing customer service at 800-845-6167.
