The Litholink 24-hour At-Home Collection kit produces laboratory results that requires an electronic lab order from your medical provider via an EMR or Labcorp Link. If you have a manual Test Request Form (lab order) from your provider, you can request your At-Home kit through Labcorp’s patient portal. Requesting a kit without a Test Request Form or lab order may result in your samples being rejected and/or you being held accountable for the full testing cost.
Labcorp's goal is to provide accurate results to your clinician. Your clinician relies on our results to diagnose and treat your kidney stone disease. In order for us to provide this service, the Collection Instructions, within your Patient Test Forms, must be followed precisely.

Once ordered, the Litholink 24-hour Urine Testing kits are shipped via FedEx ground delivery. (If P.O. Box was used, your kit will be sent via USPS)
Please expect your kit to arrive 5 to 7 business days from the date your order was placed. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact our client services team: [email protected], 800-338-4333.
